Interview in the artist's studio

Video clips (soon to come) from the Arts for Learning project.

As Artistic Director of Master-Peace 2000, Mr. Cortada worked with students to develop Internet-based, interdisciplinary murals to teach youth to value diversity, resolve conflicts, strengthen self-esteem, respect others, and create positive social relations. Mr. Cortada is a recipient of the prestigious "Millennium International Volunteer Award" from the U.S. Department of State and USA Today, and the "Florida International Volunteer Corps 1999 Outstanding Achievement Award." Mr. Cortada has traveled to four continents to address issues such as drug abuse, underage drinking, gang violence, poverty, AIDS, community development, political freedom, and human rights.
